Frank Skelly
Founder

Frank has over 40-years experience in construction, finance and risk assessment and is the visionary behind the creation and development of the Cash Management & Funds Control program at FK Construction Funding.

He has been a member of the International Factoring Association (IFA) for 15 years and was one of the first Certified Account Executives. He has also written numerous articles for the IFA and other publications on factoring in construction and the associated risks.

Frank is also a member of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Charles Blanchet
Chief Executive Officer

Charles has served on the executive team of five venture-backed frontier technology startups where he developed integrated sales, marketing, product management, and customer care functions, acquiring more than 1000 early adopter clients.

Additionally, he served as an operating partner at DNX Ventures, marketing, product management, and customer care functions, acquiring more than 1000 early adopter clients. Additionally, he served as an operating partner at DNX Ventures.

Alena Roberts
Chief Operating Officer

Alena brings over a decade of factoring experience where she’s been responsible for day to day operations, underwriting, onboarding, and financial reporting. She’ll be responsible for all processes and procedures including data management, underwriting, automations, and funds control.

Andrew Diaz
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew comes from the tech industry where he’s held positions in corporate finance, strategy, and sales. His strategic roles have included a $650M acquisition as well as a Series B funding round. He’ll be spearheading capital raises as well as day to day finance activities.
